Fanatical Customer Service

Customer Service – Is It Still Out There?

We like to think we provide Fanatical Customer Service but what exactly does that mean? Here’s what WikiPedia says.

We approach customer service as a core component of our business. Simply put, we believe in taking care of our customers in the same way we would like to be taken care of. It’s never something that can just be tacked on the the end of something. It must be a cohesive, intertwined experience throughout the entire customer interaction.

So why is it that some companies get this right and others don’t? Often it’s because there are layers between the client and the company’s ownership.

If you’ve ever dealt with a company and had a bad customer experience, you’ll know what I mean. A bad experience is like an itch you can’t scratch. It’s always there, but you just can’t seem to reach it. And when you do finally get the chance to scratch it, you realize you’re not even sure where it came from in the first place.

At Team 218 Web Services we are able to provide our fanatical customer service because we as owners are actively involved in every project. There are no middlemen or layers of bureaucracy to muddy the waters or add red tape to the process.

Sadly it’s becoming more and more rare these days but when you receive great customer service, you know it right away.

Here’s a reply from one of our clients: “The changes look really good to me. Thank you so very much. I’m also impressed with how quickly you got them accomplished. I would have hoped for the next week or two. Service within a few hours is exceptional.

That’s exactly how we want all our customers to feel. It’s he kind of reaction we do our best to get from our customers.

Here’s another response: “I discovered that a site of mine (with which Team 218 had no previous involvement) was down on a Friday afternoon. Team 218 immediately responded to my email asking for assistance and continued to work through the weekend finding and fixing the issues while communicating with me regarding the status. They aren’t joking about fanatical customer service”.

Be on the lookout for great customer service as you go about your day-to-day activities. See how many times you receive it and remember to recognize the employee or business that has gone a little above and beyond. We’d love to hear about your experiences with outstanding customer service. Send us an email at grnz@grnz218.pbz or tweet us @Team218Web.
