Find out what your website is really doing for your business.
What happens when you request an audit
Our audit engine reads your homepage the way Google and AI search engines do, pulls in Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Safe Browsing, Sucuri SiteCheck, WordPress.org version data, and live Google results, and then we review every finding before it goes out. You get a clear, written report you can act on, whether or not you ever hire us.
- Ten graded areas: speed, mobile usability, search visibility, local SEO and your Google Business Profile, AI search readiness, schema, security, email deliverability, accessibility, and user experience
- The details behind the grade: your hosting provider, WordPress, theme and plugin versions, page and post counts, and whether any of it is out of date
- Local keyword opportunities built from your real services and cities, plus a look at who actually outranks you on Google
- A written report with the fixes ranked by impact, not a score screenshot
- 2 to 3 business days, delivered by email
- No sales call required to get it
Typical turnaround: 2 to 3 business days. The audit examines your homepage, the page Google and your visitors judge first.

What does the audit cover?
We do not send you an automated score and call it a day. Our audit engine reads your homepage the way Google and AI search engines do, pulls in Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Safe Browsing, Sucuri SiteCheck, WordPress.org version data, and live Google results, and then we review every finding before it goes out. Here is what we examine.
Speed and performance
How fast does your site load on desktop and on a phone? We measure First Contentful Paint, Largest Contentful Paint, Total Blocking Time, and layout shift using Google's own Lighthouse tests. If your site takes more than 3 seconds to load, you are losing visitors before they see your homepage. We name the specific bottlenecks: unoptimized images, render-blocking scripts, unused code, and slow server response.
Mobile usability
Over 60% of web traffic is mobile, and Google ranks the mobile version of your site. We run Google's mobile checks for text that is too small to read, buttons too close together, content wider than the screen, a missing viewport setting, and content that shifts while the page loads.
Search visibility (SEO)
Can Google find and understand your site? We check your title tag, meta description, canonical URL, heading structure, image alt text, XML sitemap, robots.txt, and schema markup, and we compare how many pages Google has indexed against what your sitemap declares. We also scan for SEO plugins and other tools that leave a footprint in your code.
Local search and your Google Business Profile
Local customers find you through Google Maps as much as through the search results. We check that your business name, address, and phone number appear on the page and in your schema, that your site links to your Google Business Profile and embeds a map, that reviews are visible, and that you have pages for the cities you serve. We also confirm your phone number carries a local area code.
AI search readiness
ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews now answer questions that used to send people to websites. We check whether AI crawlers are allowed to read your site, whether you publish an llms.txt file, whether your content is structured in a way AI systems can quote, and whether your page carries the trust signals, such as an about page and experience statements, that make AI engines willing to cite you.
Security and email deliverability
Is your SSL certificate active with no mixed content? Is your WordPress version exposed to attackers? Are WordPress, your theme, your plugins, and your PHP version current and still supported? Is your site on the Google Safe Browsing or Sucuri watchlists? We also check the DNS records that keep your email out of spam folders: MX, SPF, DMARC, and DKIM. Contact form leads are worthless if the notification never arrives.
Accessibility
Roughly one in four adults lives with a disability, and accessible sites also rank and convert better. We check that your page declares its language, that images have alt text, that form fields have labels, that headings follow a logical order, that keyboard users get a skip link, and that links and buttons say where they lead.
Overall user experience
Does your site make it easy for a visitor to understand what you do, trust your business, and take the next step? We look for a visible phone number and address, a clear call to action, a contact form on the homepage, a navigation menu that is not overloaded, and proof such as testimonials and review counts. We look at your site the way a potential customer would, not the way a developer would.
Keyword opportunities and competitors
We build a list of the local search terms your site should be targeting from the services you actually offer and the cities you serve. Then we look at who ranks on Google for those terms today and what those competitors cover that you do not.
What you get back
Within 2 to 3 business days, we send you a written PDF report covering each area of the audit. The report includes:
- An overall score and a letter grade for each of the ten areas, so you can see at a glance where the site is strong and where it is losing you business
- Google Lighthouse performance scores for desktop and mobile, with plain explanations of what the numbers mean and which bottlenecks are dragging them down
- Every check we ran, with what we found and why it matters, written in plain language instead of technical jargon
- A recommendations page with the fixes sorted into critical, important, and suggested, so you know what to fix first for the greatest improvement
- A profile of your site: your hosting provider, CDN, theme, plugins, and software versions, plus how many pages and posts you have published
- The local search terms your site should be targeting, built from your real services and the cities you serve, and a look at who ranks for them today
- An honest assessment of whether your site needs a few fixes, a redesign, or is in good shape
Anything we could not measure is marked as not scored rather than counted against you, so the grade reflects your site and not the limits of an outside scan. The report is yours regardless of whether you hire us. There is no catch. We do this because most business owners have no idea how their website is actually performing, and seeing the data is the first step toward making better decisions.
Who should request an audit?
Business owners who suspect their website is underperforming but do not know where to start. If your site is not generating calls, leads, or traffic, the audit tells you why, whether that is speed, search visibility, a missing form, or contact-form emails landing in spam.
Local businesses that are not showing up on Google Maps. If competitors appear in the map results and you do not, the audit checks the signals that decide it: your business name, address, and phone on the page, your Google Business Profile link, your reviews, and whether you have pages for the cities you serve.
Businesses considering a redesign who want data before making a decision. The audit tells you whether a few targeted fixes could solve your problems or whether a full rebuild is the better investment.
Anyone who has not had their website professionally reviewed. If your site was built more than 2 years ago and nobody has audited it since, there are problems. Technology changes. Google changes. AI search engines now answer questions your site used to answer. Your competitors change. The audit shows you where you stand, including whether WordPress, your theme, and your plugins are still current and supported.
What this is not
This is not a sales funnel disguised as a free offer. We do not use the audit to pressure you into buying services. We do not call you five times after sending the report. We do not share your information with anyone.
It is also not a bot scan with a score and no explanation. Every finding is checked by a person before it goes out, anything we could not measure is marked as not scored instead of counted against you, and the report never tells you to fix something your site already does.
We send you the audit. You read it. If you want to discuss the findings, we are here. If you want to fix the issues yourself, the report gives you everything you need. If you want us to help, we will give you an honest quote. That is it.
