Transparent pricing. No surprises.

We believe you should know what a website costs before you commit to anything. Most agencies hide their pricing behind a contact form because they want to qualify you before they quote you. We would rather just tell you.

Every project is custom, so these are ranges rather than fixed packages. Your actual cost depends on the number of pages, the complexity of the design, and the features you need. But this page gives you an honest idea of what to expect so you can make an informed decision before we ever talk.

Nonprofit web design

We work within your budget

We do not have a fixed nonprofit rate because every organization's situation is different. We work within your budget to deliver the best possible website for the resources you have. That might mean a focused 5-page site that does the essentials well, or a full-featured site with donation forms, event registration, and a merchandise shop.

Nonprofit sites include the same 12 months of maintenance and care as our standard web design projects.

Iowa SEO services

Custom quoted

SEO is not a one-size-fits-all service. The scope, timeline, and investment depend on your market, your competition, and where your site stands today. We provide a custom quote after auditing your current search visibility and discussing your goals.

Every website we build includes foundational SEO at no additional cost. Ongoing SEO is a separate service for businesses that want to actively grow their search presence over time.

How we handle payment

Our payment process is designed to eliminate risk for you.

No deposits. We do not ask for money upfront. We use a simple working agreement that defines the project scope and protects both sides, but your wallet stays closed until the work is done.

Invoice after launch. We do not invoice until your website is live and you are satisfied with the result. If we build something you are not happy with, we fix it before you pay. That is how confident we are in what we deliver.

Simple payment options. We accept credit cards, checks, and ACH transfers. Digital invoicing makes it easy to pay online.

Maintenance invoiced annually. After your included first year, WordPress maintenance is invoiced once per year ($720). No monthly billing surprises. One invoice, one payment, done for the year.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Why is there a range instead of a fixed price?

Because every business is different. A 5-page site for a local service business is a different project than a 15-page site with e-commerce and booking integration. The range gives you an honest idea of what to expect. We provide an exact quote after discussing your specific project.

What if my budget is below $2,500?

We are happy to have a conversation. Depending on your needs, we may be able to build a focused site that fits your budget. We would rather build you a great 5-page site than a mediocre 10-page site. If your budget truly cannot support a custom WordPress site, we will tell you honestly and recommend alternatives.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your quote covers everything: design, development, SEO setup, analytics, training, and 12 months of maintenance. The only ongoing cost after year one is the $60/month care plan, and that is optional (though strongly recommended).

Do I need to pay for hosting separately?

Yes. Hosting is a separate cost and is paid directly to your hosting provider. We recommend NameHero for WordPress hosting. Typical hosting costs are $5-$15 per month. We help you set up and configure your hosting account.

How long does a project take?

Most websites take 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger or more complex projects may take 8 to 10 weeks. We give you a timeline estimate before starting.

What if I need changes after the site launches?

Minor content changes (text updates, image swaps) are included in your 12 months of maintenance. Larger changes like new pages or new features are quoted separately. We are always transparent about what is included and what is additional.

Do you offer payment plans?

We can discuss flexible payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to make it work for your business without creating financial stress.

Ready to talk about your project?

Tell us what you need and we will come back with a quote. No obligation. No pressure. Just an honest number based on your specific goals.

No deposits. No long-term commitments. We deliver results first.
