Web design is the process of creating a website. It’s the overall look and feel of your website, including how it is laid out on the page, the graphics, the typefaces, the color scheme and everything else that makes up the “style” of your site. In this course, we’re going to concentrate on web design for beginners. We’re going to start with the absolute basics: How to make your site more visible in search engine results, how to create a simple yet effective layout, how to use images effectively, how to add color, how to choose a typeface and everything else you need to know to create a truly outstanding website.
